Built in 1750, as one of the well-preserved ancient imperial gardens, the Summer Palace has a strong attraction to visitors from all over the world because of its spectacular natural scenery, ancient Chinese architecture, aesthetics of traditional Chinese landscape and garden design and more. With many pavilions, halls, palaces, temples and bridges, the Summer Palace is a harmonious blend of nature and Chinese aesthetic value.
