At a Buhurt training ground, participants, despite being dressed in heavy armor, still manage to swing their weapons with powerful, vigorous motions. Stamina, technique, and tactical coordination are their focus in training. In January 2024, a Chinese team claimed the country’s first Buhurt championship by winning the 2v2 event at “Vitezovi Beograda 2024” in Serbia (The Knights of Belgrade 2024).
