Panda cub Mei Zhu greets visitors at her upgraded home

The star of Guangzhou’s Chimelong Safari Park, a nearly nine-month-old giant panda cub known as “Mei Zhu,” made her debut on Tuesday at the park’s newly upgraded Giant Panda Center.

The renovated center offers immersive experience, combining indoor and outdoor viewing areas where visitors can watch Mei Zhu explore her surroundings. Beyond the adorable cub, the center also features educational exhibits that highlight the living habits of giant pandas, their conservation status, and the global efforts to protect this beloved species.
