Hou’an Rice Noodles is one of the most popular dishes in Hou’an Town, south China’s Hainan Province. These delicate, tender, handmade rice noodles are cooked in chicken broth and feature slices of lean pork, soft-boiled eggs, chopped onion, chili peppers and fried shrimp that bring diners back to the tropical town for bowl after bowl after bowl.
