Located in the northeast of Vietnam, Ha Long Bay is a popular destination that attracts many visitors to admire its beautiful scenery every year. Its name means “descending dragon” and it features a special karst landscape with numerous limestone islets of different shapes and sizes. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this area has a long history of preserving its pristine landscapes and natural biodiversity.
