In the sizzling heat of July in Wuhu, Anhui Province, the city kicked off its third crayfish food festival, drawing crowds with irresistible flavors and vibrant nightlife. Running until July 31, the event brings together leading local crayfish brands to serve up spicy, garlic, and pepper-salt variations freshly cooked on-site by master chefs.
More than just a food event, the festival is a summer celebration that blends culinary delights with cultural performances and entertainment. Visitors can stroll through a network of gourmet stalls, enjoy live music performances, and engage in interactive experiences.
Wuhu is also offering thousands of consumer vouchers to boost spending. The festival is part of the city’s broader push to energize the nighttime economy and revitalize the local economy.
