Luosifen, or river snail rice noodle, is a special snack in Liuzhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is named after its broth made with river snails. In recent years, Liuzhou luosifen has become an internet sensation in China and even overseas.
Luosifen Town in Liuzhou is the first characteristic town with luosifen as its theme in China, integrating luosifen production, cultural display, leisure and sightseeing. Here, one can not only visit the production line with a daily output of 150,000 bags of luosifen, but also enjoy the natural scenery of many scenic spots and experience rural customs.
